HOW TO CHECK DAILY SETTLEMENT REPORTS ON MERCHANT DASHBOARD
Switch to your business profile on Merchant Dashboard and receive sales notifications through the app and track all transactions easily in one place.
Step 1: Tap on “Transactions”
Step 2: Tap on “Settlement”
Step 3: Followed by “Email” and hit “Send”
Step 4: Your report will be sent to your registered email address
HOW TO CHECK SALES TRANSACTIONS ON MERCHANT DASHBOARD
All sales transactions from all outlets can be reviewed by business owners and staff can review transactions within their assigned outlets. Go as far back as 90 days.
Step 1: Tap on “Transactions” to access history
Step 2: Pull down to refresh
Step 3: Or select a date and outlet from the drop down menus
HOW TO ADD STAFF ACCOUNT ON MERCHANT DASHBOAR
Add up to 3 staff per outlet, and they will be able to receive payment notifications as well as review sales activities of their assigned outlets. Staff must be a registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet user.
Step 1: Tap on the profile icon
Step 2: Tap on “My Organisation”
Step 3: Select preferred branch
Step 4: Add staff by keying in their mobile number
